1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription purchase (Starter, Pro and Max). If you are not satisfied with Interview Strike, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have used less than 40 credits.
2. Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase date.
- The guarantee applies only to your first-time purchase. Subsequent renewal charges and any purchase made after a prior refund are not eligible.
- Refunds are only approved if you have used less than 40 credits at the time of the request.
- Each user is eligible for one refund under this policy.
3. Top-Up Credits
Top-up credit purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances. All top-up credit sales are final.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing cycle outside of the 7-day guarantee window.

6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
